Flow & Restore

A yoga practice intended to gently bring the mind and body to bliss. The first half of this class will be slow fluid movements connecting to breath. The second half will use props to create longer held comforting postures. 

Flow it Up Yoga

This class is a combination of flow yoga and dynamic stretching. You can expect upbeat music, sweat and laughs. If you need a pick me up, this class is for you!

Mindful Movement

A slow restorative practice bringing you fully into your body and into the moment. A gentle moving meditation to calm and heal. 

Forever Fit

Forever Fit is designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. The work out combines aerobic, flexibility and resistance (strength) training with plenty of friendly fun.


Pilates is a system of exercises using special apparatus, designed to improve flexibility, build strength and develop control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. Pilates allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced. 


Boot Camp offers a full body workout. Exercises include various uses of equipment varying from weights, resistance bands, kettlebells, and of course our own body. There are always many options to teach effective classes! 


Something for everyone! This indoor cycling class is designed for all fitness levels. The intensity of your ride is under your control, allowing you to work at a pace that is right for your body. The class focuses on aerobic endurance conditioning and aerobic interval training with brief high intensity bursts.
